Ghetto Map Boss

This guy needs a bit of tweaking I think because he's wayyy to overpowered for lvl 68.

I understand he throws bear traps and they immobilize you, im fine with this as a boss skill.

The WAY he traps you is what really annoys me. If he throws them on the ground and I walk over them (even if they're invisible or hard to see), I should become immobilized and then he can destroy me with his EK. But I find it incredibly annoying that he can lock me to the ground just by throwing a trap at me when I havent moved. My feet havent moved because im standing in place so how the hell does it get under my feet and immobilize me?

I think it would be a better design if he threw traps around you that would lock you in place if you tried to run, but at least give me the chance to go around them if i see them. Seems really OP that a boss can lock you in place with almost no way to defend against if you're playing solo and dont have minions.

You're thinking about it wrong, when he throws it at you, the clamps are open so it hits you side ways and clamps your legs together so you cannot move.

The worse part is when he chains them together and you are perm immobilized and cannot go anywhere and die....

You can move out of the way of his traps as the animation for throwing a trap is obvious, and the second you see him you should start kiting him anyway.

Due to the terrain on that map, he can off screen you with bear traps.
Kite that.

which is what OFTEN happens when i encounter him in this map.

I guess the real answer is to just not run this map solo.

Seems a bit ridiculous that I can solo just about any other boss, even the lvl 75-76 map bosses but the 68 kills me twice in a row...

Bear trap level 20 has an average damage of 4000 and arms itself in like .3 seconds including travel time.


Real balanced to give this on a boss that can have 30-50% more damage as a map mod.

That map is every LA/LS users worst nightmare. lol

It's all because you thought you had RL feet in the game as well!
