alt+f4 is pretty usless in hardcore

Also for those asking how alt-f4 affects others - its a competitive game. It has ladders. All of these are rendered useless if people Alt-F4 all over the place to avoid death (or in the case of standard - exp).

Simply, if you want to keep alt-f4ing, don't talk about the ladders on the fact this is a competitive game again. Because I dont think it would be that impressive to see who can Alt-F4 the most.
