I mean even 1h and empty offhand slot will do more damage then dualwield on cyclone. And imagine how surv will raise using a shield.

It was recommended to use Unwavering Stance for HC, but I later realized it counteracts all Evasion and makes Iron Reflexes useless! To save points I did away with Unwavering Stance and took someone's suggestion to instead use an 'Eye of Chayula Amulet' (to be immune to stuns) with this build.

WTF are you talking about?

Iron Reflexes effects your Evasion. Evasion -> Armour
Unwavering Stance effects your Chance to Evade.

IR applies before US. This means the only downside to US is losing the 5% default chance to evade.
