There is a resist and most likely armor progression after 20.

6-L zombies is still very worth now due to CoD. I solved that lack of tankiness by running enfeeble. I picked up windscream to triple curse.

2 spectres and 6 super zombies is more than enough to pretty beat any content.



I will be running two curses untill after lvl 90 (which means forever). With my summoner being a templar and minion damage nodes being great after the patch, in order to get everything had to drop dual curse node. Running doedre's damning for second curse now.

Actually a damage curse would be superior to minion damage nodes. Once you go past 0% fire resist on a mob anything lower than that will start counting as 'more' damage.

For that one needs flamability+ ele weakness and if monsters are fire resistant possibly EE too (which I do not have).

Matt, you keep saying "cast on damage taken" in the beginning of the video instead of cast on death. Maybe a comments edit or something.

Okay, whoever thought of the CoD Zombies... you are a genius.

I'm using a level 17+2, 0q Zombie Gem and a level 10 CoD gem with average equips.

Kole just melted.

These minions are absurdly strong.

Just a question. Say I CoD summon Zombies, go to town, and switch out CoD with Faster Attacks.

Does that negate the CoD effect?

Because when I go out and look at my Zombies in the top left corner, I see that they have the Faster Attacks logo instead of the CoD logo.

I think we been through this before. Minions gain the properties they are summoned with. Nothing you do afterwards can change them. The logo is just a visual update on what you have attached atm.

Yeah I remember the snapshotting talks but I was just scared they did a stealth fix or something. Never paid attention to the logos until today for some reason.

Except for Animate Guardian. I still want to toy around with him since you don't even have to die to get CoD to work with him. Its as easy as summoning him, going to town, and linking CoD. Next time you zone somewhere else he now has the bonus damage.

Edit: I suspect when they attempt to "fix" snapshotting, this is the route their going to take and that Animate Guardian was the "test" so to speak. Whats funny is this will make CoD viable on Spectres if they do make them permanent like Animate Guardian. Sure, you'll lose your gem slots (unless you want to change them every single time you zone somewhere), but having permanent minions will be nice.
