After Patch - Goodbye My Blood Magic, Duel Wielding, Flicker Strike Shadow
I cannot believe how far the blood magic keystone moved away from the Shadow start.
Flicker Strike was so fun and my main ability that now feels pretty worthless with the cooldowns added. Removing the gem. Sad. Had so much fun, but I don't think I will ever be able to play this kind of Shadow again after Open Beta. I won't be able to get to Blood Magic until VERY late into the game. Not fun...won't even attempt it with it so far away. I won't be able to spam Flicker Strike to kill hoards of archers and will have to kite for days. Not fun...hate constant defensive kiting...prefer constant offensive attacking. BTW WHERE THE HELL DID ALL THE SHADOW CRIT GO?!? I feel like my Shadow build was singled out for biggest nerfs in the game....WTF...I'm totally bummed. Ugh....I was having so much fun.... I guess I'm glad I got to try this at all...this champ will never happen again after open beta. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

Yes Blood Magic deserves it's spot in the middle. I wanted to make a blood magic char of EVERY class sooner or later.

" Agreed. This REALLY puts a damper on the fun I can have with this game. Having to constantly worry about mana AND health with melee is NOT fun. GGG - BRING BACK THE BLOOD MAGIC KEYSTONE TO THE CENTER!!!! If Blood Magic doesn't come back to the center, it will severely limit the champs and builds I would want to try. Honestly, Blood Magic in the achievable and reachable center of the skill tree was one of the biggest selling points of this game to me. I wanted to play every champ and get to that keystone. Now, I don't care to at all for most champs. This is kind of a deal breaker. |

" There are nodes in the middle region. I don't see why any of those is more fit to be used by all classes than Blood Magic. I mean Iron Grip? In the middle instead of Blood Magic? What? And using Blood Magic with "not suitable" classes is a challenge on it's own, no need to put Blood Magic on the opposite end of the tree. |

+1 for bringing Blood Magic back to middle. My blood magic claw shadow got screwed big time by this. Taking blood magic + claw life leech passives leaves me without defensive and many other passives I had before.

idk, maybe it's just me but it looks like a swap of locations for iron grip and blood magic would not only be functional but appropriate as blood magic can effectively be used by all and iron grip would most benefit those heavily invested in the STR realm

I agree that the blood magic keystone should be move in the center area. As pointed out it really can benefit every class.
On the other hand I agree with flicker strike change. Even pretty much unsupported it felt like a very unfair skill to spam. I used it when I just thought - bah I just can't be bothered so I'll just press this and mana flask and kill everything in the vicinity. Even the mana cost was really low for such a powerful skill. Now you can skill spam it with blood rage and that at least gives a drawback in 4%/s hp drain. |

" I want to be able to spam FS with a ton of archers around. I have no other gap closer skills yet. I'll even give that up though to have Blood Magic come back to center. |
