[0.9.11] Ice Witch CI crit build

Here's the gear and skill tree for my level 59 Ice Witch. Been doing rare maps solo with this configuration and so far it's holding up very well (with the exception of certain map mods e.g. player receives 25 chaos damage per second). Still, much of the equipment can be much improved.

My build is nearly identical and I cant believe how you are not running into insane mana problems. I run oom so fast that its just not fun to play because your char stops casting all the time even if you drink pots. Really frustrating atm :(

Would really interest me what your max mana and manareg is like.

edit: okay, noticed you got increased mana on many items and I dont wear a single one with increased mana and just cant find stuff. How did you get that stuff. I am 58 and didnt find anything useful that also had +mana and atm I just cant farm regions of my level cause I keep dying.

Does Pain Attunement work with chaos Inoculation? If your max life is one, wouldn't that be considered "full" which in result can't determine "low life" since its your max life? or does it work on low life is anything under a percent of your level or set number?

My tree is almost the same, I never run in to issues and I use 3 auras, use clarity gem makes all the difference or grab gear that helps regen mana.

streamIXO is right, using a Clarity gem will go a long way in helping with mana regen issues. Currently my mana regen is about 80 per second. The cost of Ice Spear with the supports is only about 55 mana so I regen faster than what I use. Can't remember my max mana offhand right now but useable mana after that reserved for two auras, is about 300.

Mana potions are now primarily used for their secondary effects like dispelling chill, etc. But they are still useful on maps with mods that cut regen by half.

Also, I highly suggest not trying to do all the work yourself in combat situations. A totem is an excellent defensive/offensive tool depending on how you configure it. I am using one with Ice Nova on it, and I just cast it to aggro and freeze mobs, which makes taking them down with critical hits easy.

Don't just depend on drops, use chaos orbs to re-roll stats on equipment which you like in terms of sockets, links, etc.

Mana costs are always rounded up to to next whole number, so a mana reservation of less than 1 is rounded up to 1. Then you die :)

I don't know how that answered my question maybe I'm missing something, and if 1/1 Life is considered "Low life" wouldn't using that unique sword that gives +100% increased damage on low life be one of the best items for a witch?

Oh. Yes, your max life is 1, and to be on low life you must be at 35% or lower of your max life, so you can't have it with Chaos Inoc.
