Just had a quick look on the public parties tab:

It became a trading tool.

This adds as much to the civility of this thread as some of the worst mudslingers here. Being a diamond supporter and showing off that tag while making comments about penis size and a superiority complex just looks bad – seriously, look in the mirror.

The only reason I'm personally against choices is the very real possibility of everyone choosing one game mode (instanced loot) and NOT having any actual choice. (because there would be NO ffa games) Whereas right now you can at least have declared rules, people can agree to follow... Maybe GGG can find a way to balance it out, I do not know. Does that make me a moron?

he talked hard but it is the truth that you guys fail to realize...
you believe that Loot options are bad because the ffa will dissapear...well if the community doesn't' want FFA you have NO RIGHT to enforce them YOUR way of thinking....

your fear for loot options just proves ONE thing....you like FFA cause you can lootwhore everyone , everywhere and you dont' like it for the "Cut throat" feeling
When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself

but D2 released in the 90's...stop trying to make excuses like that...we are NOT in the 90's seriously is BAD to compare PoE to a game from the previous decade....plain bad

D&D 3.5 was released a decade ago and is still essentially the gold standard for pen and paper RPGs. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't D2 still held up as pretty much the best ARPG, or at least a classic gold standard? Silly argument, honestly.

But there will be choice: make your public game with ffa rules.
(Not talking about private games because obviously the choice will be there too).

To me and for me diablo really died many many many years ago.
Its ancient history, I moved on. And now in this times I consider it a bad arpg.
It was something back then. Now i really dont give a rats ass on the series.

Currently FFA stand grabbing loot after the timer runs out is allowed. You can love it or hate it but it's allowed no matter the outcry by players by calling them ninjas and lootwhores. Don't like it you can either play solo/private party and wait if a change is coming or leave. Not the problem for those who are pro-ffa but only for those who hate it.
