Wrong. There were so many complaints on THESE forums that mods are locking/deleting loot-related threads. There is also a ton of complaints about the loot system on other website forums. Not everyone who plays PoE posts on THESE forums. You are fucking ignorant.

Alot of these posts are newbs that complain about their 'so called' loot getting stolen because the don't understand how the FFA loot timer works.


The rest of the posts are the same people, complaining about the same stuff over and over and over and over and over and over and over again......Oo.

Ok. Well this bickering gets us nowhere. The problem I see is that GGG has provided a line between FFA and something that's NOT FFA. We're in the middle here. What is their true loot intentions?

If we're looking for true hardcore surviving as an exile, we should just be able to PK players and steal the gear they are wearing and any loot in their inventory.

If we're looking for fairness due to the latency/time to get loot, then why do we have timers? Timers just allow everyone to surround your loot and it just becomes this "waiting game" to see who takes it before the person who had his name on the timer gets it.

If we're looking for combat centered gameplay, then why are we so focused on loot all the time?

Well, honestly.

If you play public games your main focus should be exp not loot.

You farm alone or with friends.

This is a concept i grasped very quickly. I expect to get nothing when playing pubs. So, im rarely disapointed.

You don't neglect loot though. You gain xp naturally as you progress and clear out the map. I would rather be attentive to the loot and make sure a unique didnt drop when I wasn't looking, than waste the 5 seconds or so it took to read through the item that were dropped.
