" How can you look at this list and say that any of it is a valid reason to not have instanced looting options? It is a bunch of drivel. Nothing more. FFA looting as the only option has 1 major drawback. It creates a single player game experience for the majority of players. Instanced looting has ZERO major drawbacks. You can nitpick and find little things that a few people might consider to be an issue (see above list), but these are far from major issues. Eliminating multiplayer as a viable option for people without an extensive network of friends is a major drawback. |

From first second game was great...enjoyed every second of it and starting to want to support the game with some cash.....that was before i tried party. All good loot stolen. No chance to rush pick up those with my name on either. Someone else running around and only looted. Stupid system, reasson enough to stop playing.
ATLEAST roll or keep longer time reserve(min 5 seconds!!) to one player. That is something i demand if im gonna support game with cash. I don't play online game to be forced going solo because of loot stealing!! This is 2013, not 1990. |

The reason I will play single player. Sad, because it is supposed to be a good multyplayer game. Everything else is great.

Loot system is OK if I was melee, but as a bow ranger it is horrible! Would be fine if the timer was 10 seconds instead of 1. Could actually get to the item instead.

I personally believe that a multiplayer game is more enjoyable when played with several other players. However, this FFA loot thing has caused many people, namely me, to prefer to play solo. I think this is bad. Game mechanics should promote team play, not the opposite. I would recommend the same spirit of Guild Wars 2.
As it stands, I'm hoping a friend of mine gets into this game, as I trust him to share loot. Public parties? No way. I am not against PvP. I played EVE Online for years, possibly the most hardcore PVP MMO out there. But this isn't really a PvP game, and this system is NOT making the game better. |

The developers have created a wonderful solo game but have dropped the ball for co-op. While playing in a group the game is too easy and the loot allocation system is frustrating. I feel that they should increase the monster difficulty and change the base timer from 0.5 seconds to 5.0

It's a shame really - UAE here and the ping can sometimes be bad meaning I miss out on items.

Dont listen to all this hate GGG!! The loot system is awsome i hope its will stay long time.
I dont want loots system like diablo3 there you have your own loots that is crapp... Poe veteran! Have been here sense November 2010.
