An Update on Recent Server Instability

Whats about Moscow (Ru) realm? It'# almost dead for several months

Servers instability issues exist not since the launch of 3.28 but FOR YEARS! I've stopped posting anything in here to not get too critical but... really... I mean Path of Exile is not the only game in the world that have such issues but still... You guys are balancing your game and its new features around some ideal network environment that you cannot provide or/and sustain for significant part or your customers. We have to deal with it for many leagues already. Is it possible to at least prevent us from losing loot and progres because of servers rollbacks?

Please do not use DDOS as an excuse when the servers have been terrible for years.

Is this why I keep getting "disconnected from instance" every time I try to load into a new area on Xbox? I can't even get out of act 2 because of it. I've tried everything to resolve it and have had no luck. It's driving me crazy.
