it enplanes EVERYTHING ELSE, but what it IS.

Character's hits can inflict it. Minions' hits can remove it. While removed, that hit from minion has gain 25% extra phys dmg as fire dmg.

Attacks made against Enemies affed by Hallowing Flame gain 25% of Physical Damage as Extra Fire Damage.
Hallowing Flame is removed once an Attack that benefits from this as Extra is succesfully made.

So you can only apply ONE Charge of the debuff, unless you take the ascendancy. And the debuff is consummed after any attack by a minion properly hit.

If you use the support gem, you have a 47% increased effect, which put you as 38% extra fire damage.

Lets imagine I want to use Hallowing flame support on dominating blow or the new Holy Strike. Can someone give me a reason to use it instead of https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Added_Fire_Damage_Support
Added Fire Damage Support will work with EVERY hit, both from my character, and every minion.

Something must be missing, that cant be possible. Because if it just like that, it dead on arrival.

Does new Static Strike hit twice? Once with melee hit and another with beam?

Mirage League -> No changes to Mirage Archer -> No minion tag for Mirage archer -> No tragic back story for Mirage Archer -> No spin off HBO series for Mirage archer
