Great patch notes, I'm very happy with 95% of it.
One thing made me frown though - can anyone tell me why Runegraft of Refraction is having its +1 Chain limited to Projectiles? I don't think Dark Pact + Skeletons deserved a nerf, barely anyone plays it!

Bloodnotch nerf is an unjustified kneejerk.
The item was fitting perfectly with other in-game values like 40% MoM, Petrified Blood and +60% flask effect Progenesis. It was beautiful and simple, now it's just yet another unsufficient "layer" of questionable defense.
The item was the key that made possible a build that could defy typical (forced) layers of defense like armor/evasion hence ignore +4 mods from map pool for the cost of two jewels slots, a ring slot, an hp scaling layer, and more important the heavily limited playstyle. Instead of removing CwS you've decided to break the knees to every other legit build. Maybe don't do that from now on?
Welcome to poe! I don't have that much time to play the game so I play standard, and even there I have to make huge changes to my characters every league because ggg decides to nerf some random op build from the previous league in 10 different ways, and half of those nerf if not straight up kill my off-meta builds... this time a 7 year old project is getting shafted and I'm debating of just dropping this game for good, I miss Chriss :|

I am in a similar situation and tend to play standard. I get the impression standard is basically ignored by GGG. I have 100's of T17 maps that are now potentially a complete loss. No mention of what will happen in standard. I don't mind having to rework my builds to some degree each league, but when 100's of Divines of maps are simply wiped-out, I think I will probably take a break, likely for good.

Standard literally does not matter, obviously it will break builds eventually from changes in the future. That's the entire game's premise, it has to change constantly for it to be relevant and interesting to play. It will never revolve around 0.001% standard players.

Please fix the animation of Snipe, it been busted for so long and i want to finally play it (sometimes you don't shoot anything even though the animation ran)

About 15% of the playerbase plays standard, Chriss gave us that stat when he was presenting at GDC, and that matches with poeapp where roughly 10% of all trades happen in standard.
