What will happen to existing Tier 17 maps? Will they be converted to nightmare maps or simply disappear in Standard?

Bloodnotch nerf is an unjustified kneejerk.
The item was fitting perfectly with other in-game values like 40% MoM, Petrified Blood and +60% flask effect Progenesis. It was beautiful and simple, now it's just yet another unsufficient "layer" of questionable defense.
The item was the key that made possible a build that could defy typical (forced) layers of defense like armor/evasion hence ignore +4 mods from map pool for the cost of two jewels slots, a ring slot, an hp scaling layer, and more important the heavily limited playstyle. Instead of removing CwS you've decided to break the knees to every other legit build. Maybe don't do that from now on?

+1 I stopped use this spectre becouse this constant anoing periodicly triggered sound make me insanly crazy with sound doing when doing something in ho. Bro I'm with your pain too.
