The way it sounds like what GGG has said about what happens when full release hits (patch 1.0) is this:

Right now we have
- EA Standard
- EA Newest League

When 1.0 launches, we have
- EA Standard
- Standard
- Newest League

Which means that everything that is done during early access will have its own separate standard and there will be totally fresh standard and new league for when the game full release with free to play. So early access is treated as "beta test with its own beta test realm". However, GGG has also said that they don't know yet for sure, so things can change.

nope, likely running late as for 0.4 and coming up with another "temple" made by two junior developers and Jonathan the very last moment w/o any QA or UX/UI validation.

Me too but if there is going to be one in April it'll be on Friday 24th which will be a short teaser saying tune in on May 1st for the full deep dive with a launch on probably May 15th or if were super lucky May 8th.

But then again lots of rumors are spreading saying 0.5 was delayed by another month, so might have to wait until end of May.

End of the day no one knows forsure, its killing all of us to know what's going on but we just have to wait it out and see what happens.

Why Friday? Historically the teasers and content reveals were on Thursdays. In fact, I checked Keepers, Fate and Mirage which all followed the same pattern:
Some Thursday = Teaser
Next Thursday = Content reveal
Next Friday = Release

That pattern with reveal at the end of April, as they promised, is still perfectly possible:
April 23th = Teaser
April 30th = Content reveal
May 8th = Release

I don't think that is "super lucky" at all, rather, quite probable.

Edit: I missed that there was separate teasers for the expansion and league for 0.4 with the expansion teaser being one week before the league teaser. I still think the above timeline is quite probable. Perhaps there won't be a separate expansion, or perhaps they'll just give up calling one release by two names. The top comment in Fate of the Vaal teaser is "I now realize the last of the druids was not in fact the league name".
