I'm not playing ancestral commander but you really need to walk back the changes you made to it. 4 ascendancy points to get the only truly impactful and good feeling notable that it has to offer. Nobody is going to play it, you removed it as a valid choice. Phrecia is for fun and the only thing those changes accomplish is removing fun and choice.

could you consider adding "cannot steal charges" to the exclusion list?
otherwise flicker strike and other charge dependent skills would be quite awkward |
