I find it absolutely crazy how I have 10 spy Master rooms and get zero lock medallions out of my temples can I get an explanation why this is happening when two weeks ago I was swarmed with lock medallions.

I don't get why people keep saying this nonsense about 'why didn't you lock the Temple in advance?' No matter how many Spymasters you have, if you're unlucky, you can go 2-3 runs in a row without dropping even a single lock medallion. In that case, you can't lock the Temple ahead of time.
In my case, that's exactly what happened. I have 11 Spymasters, and I went two runs in a row without getting even a single lock medallion. So I couldn't lock the Temple before starting, but fortunately in that run I ended up picking up 4 lock medallions. However, the moment I exited the Temple, the rooms immediately closed and 7 rooms just vanished.
This is almost exactly how it went for me as well.. couple dry runs... then the run I got a bunch.. boom bug, so sad
Really just need a rollback at this point

Just adding another data point that I believe something has changed with the lock medallion drop rates. Struggling to sustain locks with 11 T3 spymasters and 11 T3 Garrisons.
Some hard data: my last 13 temple runs have had the following number of locks dropped:
0, 0, 1, 1, 0, 2, 0, 1, 2, 1, 2, 0, 1
Average: 0.85 per run.
I was averaging >1 lock when I had far fewer spymasters during the previous week as I was building my temple. I don't have any data there, but I was consistently at 6/6, had no fear of running out after hitting ~5 T3 spymasters, and was able to use multiple locks per run often.
RNG sometimes RNGs, but this feels off.

Will pause playing until I hear something. I cannot risk losing a week's worth of grinding and progress on my 1/3rd built temple. Already way too much time required and it's unacceptable to lose that at this point
I completely agree with your assessment. Whether purposefully or by accident, they absolutely killed lock medallion drops.

First of all why do only people with complete temples matter? Everyone trying to get there doesn't? That's the people actually making and loosing building progress here.
Nothing would change for people with complete temples when they rolled them back. What are you even talking about?
Also people with full temples do go on dry streaks where they lock some or even all ends after. I did several times on my previous temple before I started building this new one which just got bricked. Notice how people complain about lock drop rates? You think they all have 6 locks in inventory?
You completely missed the part where rolling back a few rounds of temple looses anyone more progression than not being able to lock it after leaving.

The wording of the hotfix patch notes is terrible as usual, but my temple destabilised prior to completion. Have I got the whole plot wrong here or is this a GGG issue?
