Punish The Exploiters, Reset the League, or Rollback the Gains from those that Abused
" It's not about me leaving the game. And it's definitely not the gatcha thing. The gatcha thing is retention rate being as low as it was in 0.2, and content creators saying they were bored, so the game should not be that "easy", and the progression is too fast. They listened to it, but it backfired. It's actually about 60% other people who have left the game. I'm not under the impression that somehow I'm unique in that regard. The opposite, even. I'm probably in the majority of people who did and in the majority on why. I do hope GGG will take note here, yes. Because I like the game and don't want it to not be for me. And the only way to do so I know of, is to tell about it. I'm trying to give the devs an insight into why people feel this way. I know that it might be just the me bubble, but every other player I personally know left because of the same basic reason. And the forum is a somewhat biased place in that regard. This is an issue because the only thing that happens if you listen to the vocal minority is that the silent majority just votes with their actions, uninstalling the game. The game deserves better |

GGG HAS OFFICIALLY PATCHED OUT THE EXPLOIT EVEN FURTHER. THEY WILL BE HANDLING IT FULLY ONCE THEY RETURN. stop trying to deny the exploit abuse.. ggg has admitted to it themselves. |

Gameplay loops like the holten reset are obviously exploits and anything that can provide help or resources in the endgame that are within campaign should obviously be treated as exploits. The Abyss drops were handled relatively well (only providing the ability to be used on certain item levels) but the temple mechanic needs rethinking if it's going to function as it is currently. You shouldn't be able to farm endgame power in campaign as has been done with the Holten exploit. And while we're on the subject of exploits - being able to have 2 clients open on your PC is also exploit-like behaviour. I don't see any reason why 2 clients should be any more legal than 3+ |
