Punish The Exploiters, Reset the League, or Rollback the Gains from those that Abused

I'm not even a big fan or PoE 2 but the moralizing of the temple exploit this league is hilarious. The people that think GGG personally owes them blood because their precious little economic experience has been ruined, boohoo.

There will not be roll backs and there will not be bans. People have been intentionally running low tier maps to set up temple since week one, someone creative enough figured out this can be pushed even further into the campaign with zone resetting. It was a silly oversight by GGG and it happened during the holidays.

You aren't owed a roll back or heads on pikes. GGG will hotfix after the holiday and since currency is commodity the market will slowly stabilize as the rate of what's entering decreases while the currency's actual use as crafting material stays the same.

In the mean time, farm temple, don't play, or farm things that explicitly cannot drop in temple which will inherently see value increases. Non-temple currency ground loot is effectively dead until a hotfix and it's adapt or die.

I dont even mind the economy i can sell my stuff for more. What annoys me is that Exploits in general are not punished.

And no you are not really correct. The economy will stabilize at a higher level yes, but u forget that higher level is the result of an exploit. Which means faster inflation.

"In the meantime farm temple" holy that kind of view on things. People dont wanna do the temple.

It's pure currency generating optimization. No third party interference or anything malicious below the level everyone else has the potential to operate at. The truth is that the vast, vast majority of people would have capitalized on this strategy without a second thought, if they had thought of it themselves because there's nothing explicitly or obviously unethical about it, what people have the problem with is the ruination of the economy and now it's all pearl clutching.

Well, if you didn't get to do it and lost out on the gold rush, sucks to suck and better luck next time. People not only WONT get banned, they don't deserve to be banned, the blame lays squarely at the feet at GGG and in retrospect is an obvious oversight, it's unfortunate but it is what it is.

The point I was making about temple is that there's one fewer options for currency generation as before, either do one of the other things or don't but the problem is well known at this point and continuing with these posts is nothing but group therapy.

Well i disagree here. Many many people didnt even do the Holten temple Exploit cause it was very boring.

I didnt do it because of that. Its really boring.

And no Temple is still good currency. Its just not 150 divs per Hour good anymore. The Holten stuff was an exploit as much as people want it not to be, it is one.

fub is too important for them apparently. they cant touch him. before this i never realized how much GGG needs these streamers
You guys all know they are on vacation right? They dont get back till after the holidays.
This ignoration really has to hard-stop. Not testing stuff on HC is one thing. Very annoying, but straight up not reacting to economy collapse in 2 days and AGAIN leave exploiters profiting while general players just got experience pretty much ruined unless they are SSF.
I agree your opinion, but sadly I dont think GGG will do what like you said.

You need to reset the server so everyone and me included, gonna lose my 100 hours dumped into this league, so I need to run this fkin slog of a campaign again and start everything from scratch again? No thanks man.

This is what idiotic non-existent casino crafting doing with ppl so they always rely on the trading economy in this game.

Yeah, great move removing the homogenizing omens. About 60% of the players voted for it by deleting the game.
BUT we have "mid-tier" curve crafting, right? And Zyggi can now feel fine about "kinda broken" crafting being removed from the game.
It's not about omens per se. It's that omens were removed, and NOTHING was added to replace them. Crafting was always a way to mitigate randomness, which is necessary for any non-PoB build. And since crafting is RNG gamba again, people hit the 50 hours grindwall they're not willing to even try to cross. To make crafting deterministic, you AGAIN need hundreds of divs. Yeah, bye bye PoE 2 until the next league

Uninstall it and leave the forum. I bet i see you on this forum within a couple hours talking about how you "left the game". yea no one cares bud.
