TEXTURES NOT LOADING PoE 2 0.4

"
Apparently, this issue affects only users whose PCs do not meet the minimum requirements to run Path of Exile. I’m concerned that GGG may not address the problem because of this.

My PC is a current Lunar Lake computer with 32 GB of RAM, of which 16 GB is VRAM. So it meets the minimum requirements. The developers have bugged DirectX 12 so badly that with integrated graphics, only 3 GB of the 16 GB are usable! This makes the game unplayable. Under Vulkan and DirectX 11, I have the full 16 GB. Unfortunately, Vulkan was broken in version 0.4. At least, the game simply crashes for me. This wasn't the case in version 0.3. That leaves only DirectX 11, but it lags so badly that it's also unplayable.
it is a buff

This is the current min requirements from GGG listed in steam so not sure what you mean by me not having min requirements?

Min requirements:

My setup with the bug:

The issue in here is that with DX12 POE2 considers my max RAM as 3GB while in the task manager, my PC shows that I'm not using my 8GB available. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Didn't have any bug all act 3 but right after cataclysm cutscene bug appeared

Looks like the problem only affects people on Windows 11 with the latest update.

On Windows 10 with the 566 driver, everything works perfectly on DirectX 12, in fact, even better than it was on 0.3.

I'm on win10, problem still appears
win11/win10/Nobara Linux...all give exactly the same problem
MY SPECS (for reference):
- GPU: RTX 3050 (4GB VRAM)
- CPU: Core I7 12th Gen
- RAM amount: 64GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 11/Nobara LInux (it happens on both)
- Renderer used: I can switch between DX12 and Vulkan
- Approximate time before bug occurs: 30 mins+
- Any specific maps/areas that trigger it faster: Interlude Maps seem to trigger it faster

I think you didn't get around to reading the posts from people who are having the same problem. If you had done that, you would have clearly seen that there are many different types of PC specifications.
This issue keeps happening after the 0.4.0c hotfix... I have a 3050 and I played the last season just fine without any problems
