Those guys probably dont even know that map bosses can have uber HP amount when you fully juice your maps. I bet they think alch&go is the end game. So no point even reading their comments.

It still feels wrong to me to try to copy POE1 things into POE2 and just adjusting them a bit when you clearly worked out all the mechanics in the first game to suit the pace and gameplay to a much quicker than POE2, but it might be just me idk.

GGG doesn’t “copy” POE1 things into POE2 — it’s simply a natural progression over time.
There’s a lot from POE1 that will eventually make its way into POE2, but all of that takes time to develop.

I feel people forget that POE2 is still in Early Access.

Do you remember how POE1 evolved over the years into what it is now?
How many years devs spent developing and polishing it?

So why expect an EA version of POE2 to be as good as POE1 after only one year?
It doesn’t make any sense.

I’m sure that once the full release arrives, POE2 will become the best ARPG for many years ahead.
The league looks interesting with the build your own dungeon like PoE1 had with Synthesis. As long as you aren't playing any spell skill, you will be OK. They should have cooked more on the Druid and done the endgame changes for 0.4 and ToTA.

Spoiler

Shaman looks DOA after campaign. Shapeshifting at least. Wisdom of the Maji is almost certainly only for weapon runes (i.e. DOA). Sacred Flow is a bad node once you get to endgame and use unique charms.

Oracle - In 6-7 hours from now we will know if it is DOA as well once the final skill nodes and tree updates are out. It seems like a good defensive class, but Converging paths and Fateful Vision are just Temu Chronomancer nodes.

Spell Totems
- non-viable with the charge needs and clunky way to obtain them. This is very disappointing.

I am trying to see the good in 0.4 and it is pretty hard to do outside of the incursions/Atziri. Thankfully, the game is in early access with at least another year before 1.0. There is plenty of time to get it right.

3.27 Loot Buff never came
0.4 Druid is DOA

Big fan of POE1 here, not so much of POE2. For me the game still doesn't hit the same way POE1 hits. After 3k hours in POE1 softcore trade and about 250hrs in POE2, I think it might be the time for me to actually try SSF just for a change and that's only because of how much I don't find myself playing POE2. Campaign is great, even when you upgrade one item in the build feels like a difference, but endgame is still too stale for my taste.

I just really hope at some point in the near future you'll invest even 15% of time and money you invested in POE2 but in POE1, as it feels like you don't like it as much as before. I know the big focus is POE2, but for me it seems like you planned the POE1 league to not have that much content because you didn't want to make it too long for POE2 league.

It still feels wrong to me to try to copy POE1 things into POE2 and just adjusting them a bit when you clearly worked out all the mechanics in the first game to suit the pace and gameplay to a much quicker than POE2, but it might be just me idk.

Good luck with the league, will skip this one unfortunately, I'm still going to play poe1.

Try Project Diablo 2 mod, with its QoL and balance developed over years, its the only title beside og PoE that im sharing my gaming dedicated free time 50/50 with.
Some demons can only be cast out through prayer and fasting.
I am once again asking for blasphemy decaying hex interaction 😭 please?
There are many reasons to skip that league. Indeed, there are some to completely quit too.

PoE 2 is turning into an abomination day by day.

Jeez. 3.27 league mechanic was rough....now this. ARPGs are in a weird place these days. No endgame changes killed it for me the most.
Meh, will have to see how this plays out. Feels like 0.2.0 all over again.
