When something is "Disabled from Dropping" does that mean its disabled period or can you still get For instance those "Omens" from doing the Rituals as "Rewards"

what is a plague burst? no such thing in the game afaik. and why the hell we are getting cd on support gems with no cd? what the hell is a cd on a support gem?

So cocaine ants were killed *and* vaal guards were nerfed into the ground? Is that correct? Are there any good specters left? Seems like GGG hates for people to use specters or something.
