No, it wasn't op at all. OP builds never have 1% pick (0.2 Titan pick)
It was good balanced. You needed to invest 636 Strenght in my build. And one-handed can just use shield skills instead of mace skills, so they do at the moment.

Builds was not, but the keystone was. It was kinda mandatory for melee characters, if you'd take a look it was used by 90 or more percent warriors back when it was without HP reduction. It is still useful and used by 80% of players using two-handers in 0.3 (just checked the ninja). Definitely not need a buff.
Overall warriors are in a good spot currently. Its just other meta one-button builds were way too strong (even broken).
Will see how it will be in a new league.
Does anyone know if existing Constricting Commands will still be able to reduce the # required to be surrounded to 0 in Standard?

I would say that existance of a build able to ignore all mods is just wrong and should never be the case in any league.
To be honest I'm more disappointed that we have next to zero QoL improvements in 0.4 than anything else - it's early access anyway.

Async trade was massive and strategically more important than all these semi-green monsters and abyss in 0.3. I was hoping GGG could keep it up and give us more tools to better understand the game - logs, stats etc. Instead we're getting a fleas ridden class (sorry I'm not into furry) and a new mechanic.

New mechanic might be great but having 3.27 in mind I have all reasons to believe that it's going to be very "loot poor" or unbalanced and people start leaving well before XMass.

It will only reduce to 1. Even in standard.
