Dominus's Abilities Speculations

I think Dominus is an angry sporker :>

100% resistances to every damage type. Most resistance decrease have no effect.

Every 6 seconds, the immunity shield flickers and a random damage type has it's resistance diminished by a certain % depending on the damage type for 5 seconds (could be chaos 100% reduced res, physical 50%, cold/fire/lightning 40%).

He definately sounds and looks like one. Might even throw a random Arc in the mix.
But seriously, I think he will use light + cold damage, atleast that is what I think, by just how he looks. But we will find that out pretty soon. ^_^

I got to his second form and died to a massive room wide AoE. I could barely read the text of the debuff, it said something like I must not stay in the rain of blood.

Yeah, I died two times to that and rage-quitted.
Sure, I'm a glass cannon, but for somebody who is up against the end game of Act II *on Cruel*, I died in 3-4 seconds while helplessly spamming healing flasks just to maybe live for an extra second.
I was supposed to read a debuff for a hint during these seconds? I was already *looking* for cover, but the only thing I could deduce would *maybe* serve as some kind of cover, was some sort of symbols on the ground that *could* be oddly placed energy shields, but could also be targets for "I'm gonna drop my bombs here, yo." like the minions in the tower demonstrated.
On Normal dying isn't that bad, but would you go there on Hardcore, only to have an obscure quicktime event kill you at the end, that's evil.
...but on Hardcore, you are probably not even going to last 3-4 seconds. You're probably going to last 0.5 seconds, which is like a lightning round of Musical Chairs.

I ended up with my Level 51 Rnager taking cover from the deadly rain, after which the oversized Dominus demon walked over to me and got in a pretty mandatory fistfight with me.
...which I easily won.
...with my bow.

That rain must be made out of molecular acid, if it about 10 times more lethal than a demon picking you up and throwing you about like a ragdoll. If Dominus wouldn't be immune to it himself, he would last about as long as I would: 4-5 seconds.
