anyways, starting from today, sometime, not surre when, the cb will be on 24/7 except for maintenance and patches... and I'm looking for someone to play with..

I'm in it. Played a weekend or two and got tired of it really quick. It was really nice playing an ARPG in a city environment, and also nice playing super heroes. But that is about all it had going for it.
The skill system was simplistic, more so than torchlight. Combat was.... uninteresting. And while I cannot say what the effective difference is between mobs using guns and mobs using arrows/spells, I didn't like enemies using guns. Especially with some non-superhero heroes. The punisher shouldn't be able to get shot multiple times. So I'd recommend you try it... its free. But it gets old quick. I probably won't be sending any money their way. :( In Wraeclast, if someone tries to kill you... you just kill them right back.

I'm in it but other than the first few novelty days after i received a key it didn't hit me as a game I wanted to play. I will give it a second shot when the bug hits but POE has their hooks in me pretty deep, completely content to slowly explore and kill in PoE.
I don't like the shop things they have - they offer experience boosts, item find boosts and several other options that are firmly Pay to Win. They will not ever get a dime out of me so long as they offer anything remotely pay to win. guys, anything I say won't help, my suggestion is to try the new patch, it was HUGE and revitalized the game, in my opinion... anyways if you decide to play let me know..

" Finally got some play time with the new patch tonight. Big improvement. The Venom event boss is very fun now. He was moving all over the map dragging us into other spawns. The game still has a lot of flaws but for some reason I find it fun. It's more of a mindless action game, but those type of games have their place. POE has my heart, but I can see myself playing this game too for a long time. I love X-Men which helps. I'm not thrilled with the pay to win stuff but you can get most of those things from fortune cards. Fortune cards can drop in game so I can grudgingly accept it. |

I should add, the magic find and exp boosts you can get off gear seems to be much higher than the store bought boosts. I'm not sure why anyone would buy them.
