Content Update 0.3.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Third Edict

Can I find the detailed passive tree changes from somewhere? The patch notes just mostly note that the various clusters were modified. Also I noticed that Warrior lost the +1% to max res notes completely.

Johnny Rodgers please fix my titems :(.
I dont see on the patch notes that Rare monsters dont always drop rare items. but im getting a rare from a rare monster at about 25% of the times only. any one else? Bug? Intended?

I don't usually post on forum but the changes to galvanic shard having only 1 bullet and forcing us to play with the gem that has 20 % chance not to consume a bullet is clunky and so unfun. Thanks for ruining a fun skill for no reason at all.
I don't think I've ever complained about skill changes or anything on the forums, but please revert the shield charge changes. This is horrible. I loved the old shield charge where you could actually deal some decent damage and build around it for bleed or ignite, now it's just so boring again. Simply a travel skill now with no use for anything else. I am so annoyed by this, shield charge was my favorite skill.

Pair it with Shield Wall and Fortifying Cry on Warbringer, Magma Barrier changes also make the Charge build feel better. You need a lot less investment in CDR&block now so it's an overall increase in DPS later on. Currently playing this as we speak!

Grim Feast has been completely reworked and re-enabled. Instead of granting energy shield, it now allows you to collect remnants from your dead Reviving Minions, then activate the skill to instantly Revive Minions based on their maximum life.


And after 2 days the patch is out GRIM FEST IS STILLD DISABLED AND SUMMONER IS UNPLAYALBE ....LOL

Can we please buff Gemling Dynamo? 8 secs for 1 charge is laughable!
Please make it 4 seconds OR otherwise let it be a full character skill that can be socketed (Buff, Persistent) so that we can reduce skill duration and chance for extra charges.
