Hexblast: Quality now provides 0-10% more Damage per 1 second of remaining Duration of removed Curse, instead of 0-20% more Chaos Damage.


So, hexblast is still dead?
Well i see a lot of nerfs, but tbh we deserve it since we some of us bullied you into making a pseudo AH.
I hope shield skills are actually good now, the cooldown on shield charge was build ending in endgame. Hopefully it will be better now even though damage numbers got obliterated. I i think it will be the best option for stomping grounds atm.

Pre-launch feedback:

Please consider harsher restrictions on trade API calls (harsher rate limiting for example) or find a way to import the trade search interface in the client and shut down the functionality on the website (regardless of what happens to the merchant system). I could easily imagine API delay that leads to search results that are already sold.

I don't know if it was mentioned on the Q and A but please also consider harsher penalties in terms of scaling gold price when re-listing the same item over and over again. or maybe time locks. I could easily see at least 2 exploit scenarios.

In the case of trade, more in-game friction would be good.
Great changes.
Two pieces of feedback

1. Unarmed
Hollow Palm Technique should be the base state for Monk. His base unarmed attack should have better animation than being just a right hand punch over and over.

For all characters there should be:
- Option to take Hollow Palm if they want to spec into it.
- Option to take Brawling (more on the strenght side) that makes simple, more strenght based unarmed attacks (new animation), and allow for some small evasiv manouvers

2. Toxic Growth
I think it could be more interesting and versatile if it became Exploding Growth.
- At base it explodes with physical dmg (no poison but higher dmg)
- If you poison it, then it explodes much faster, for lower damage BUT poisons with the strongest poison it was poisoned (not it's own poison)

The YouTube video was nice but the patch notes looks horrible. More nerves again and a lot. Guess they didn't learn from 0.2 The player count this time how far is it suppose to drop?

If you want diversity, builds needs to be STRONGER in general than 0.2 Lightning Spear

0.1 Temporalis Cast on Dodge is what we need

Since there are not even challenges for cosmetic rewards, I feel I just skip 0.3. This patch notes do not look like a good game.

Everything nerfed again, I'll wait a month to see if OP build that can clear a boss in 0.5 second will emerge. Not making another mistake of playing PoE2 day 1.
