Crafting wands is not about how much currency you can spend...

But how many clicks your mouse can do before failing.

Have clicked those alts/augs/regals several tens of thousands times and now my left mouse button is a lot louder now then it should be... and it is not a cheap low quality mouse I tell you.

Screw you guys who complain about not 6linking in 1000 tries, at least you dont have to buy additional mouses for it.

Edit: forgot to mention, I ended up with shit wands

yes, but most of those wands you can now use for low lvl builds cause of that awesome light radius, and you need less int to be able to use them

Light radius and low attribute is not that big of an issue thou. Issue is that wands got more mods available then most other type of gear.. and the good mods have lower chance to spawn, A LOT lower chance.

Craft for fun and because I got plenty of currency piled up... but yeah not so fun anymore just extremely tedious lol.

Just remember, it's only zeroes and ones on a hard drive... Nothing to get worked up over.

As for the mouse, sometimes hardware dies before its time. Until you've had several of the same model die quickly, it's hard to really pass judgement a sample size of one. I had a plain old MS optical mouse last 11.5 years, and several of those were Diablo 2 years, so it saw a good bit of click punishment. Its replacement? Another MS optical mouse; identical, aside from the color. I'm expecting to get 11 years out of that one also. :)

every time I craft a wand I get some physical damage mod, I wish that crap wasn't even an option.
