Latency Spikes

Having the exact same issue on EU, constant network jumps to the point keypresses are outright not registered. Have to spam 3-4 times to drink a flask. Gateway makes no difference but area does - entered A5 and Slave Pens + Control Blocks were completely unplayable, but town + the square had absolutely 0 issues. Then when I tried proceeding into the Templar Courts I was greeted with an instant 1300ms spike into the same constant spikes, so I gave up.
Also no issue at all with streaming video, playing other multiplayer games, etc. |

I have the same ISP (SAIL) as the OP and same problem (high latency + packet loss at the node with IP starting 38.xxx). I'm able to connect fine through Surfshark VPN, which has a server in San Jose. McGrath, can you try a free trial with them and see if you have the same issue?

Same issue, every few minutes disconnect
