So, you think it's fair party players to have an additional member that makes trades only, while solo should spent an extra time leaving the map or completely losing trade request? HAAH?
So, you think it's fair party players could play more harder and juiced encounter because of they have an aurobot/cursebot?

Did you forgot affliction league or what? No problem at all for casuals. I remember mageblood for 100d and HH for 10d. And other uniqes dirt cheap too.


In Affliction league we have quantity on items and MF builds. You'be probably forgot that it was banished, destroyed and burned to the ground in Necropolis, aren't you?
Affliction league give an opportunity to ALL PLAYERS to have a good loot, not for party players only. After Necropolis everything changes to farming the same strat to sell scarab for party players.

I'll repeat GGG position:
SOLO MF - BAD, BANNED, DESTROYED
Party farm - I'LIKE IT A LOT, BUFF

easiest league skip in my history of PoE .. . . worst changes in my opinion ever been made.. . goodluck for solo players to buy scarabs that actually improve your loot.. . all good scarabs going to be party play exclusive...

Yeap, I agree.

For me what worries the most is even how something like that gets into the patch notes. That's one of most anti-player measures I have seen.



yeah i probably wont play if they dont change it.. . im not worried about currency i can craft and i can do trades for currency ... but for me its that half the content and the better half of the content will be exclusive for party play.. . they split cost of Scarabs between 6 people and with Mercs have 900% efficency on each scarab.. . they can pay so much for scarab while still being profitable.. while it means we solo players will lose quite a few divines by using these scarabs . .. ... so for me... i dont really feel like playing a league where most fun/good scarabs gonna be once again 10-20 div each

Are we comparing lets say Fubgun solo to Empyrian party play? Because i wouldnt be surprised if Fubgun farms more if we compare him to one of Empy's party member.

In Affliction league we have quantity on items and MF builds.

Casuals dont build MF. Simple as that. Im pretty sure nothing is changed if we consider new mechanics and rebalanced party play.

Solo player do not farm 6 time less than party, it's like 10x or 20x less. You will never farm the same amount of currency after this changes as one member in party of six. Also, restriction for solo players are higher because solo player haven't an aura/curse bots and trade member.

unfair example.. . and the situation have changed.. . before today party play had pros and cons.. .

pros : you were getting things going alot easier and earlier than solo.. becuase you would split the cost of scarabs and map investment also .. and you have aura bot and magic find culler and you can do much harder juicer content than what solo player can do.. . with alot less investment on your gear.

cons : when reaching end game and when solo player was building magic find and very strong optimal high invesment build solo player could farm abit more currency than the split of groups . .

(however optimal groups with support and everything were still pretty close so no real drawback)



with this change today that literally double the currency groups make (double no less) its going to make alot of problems. . .

1: groups just going to be wayyyyy better from start to end all across the board and at all levels of investment

2 and this is the biggest one. .. they will inflate the price of Scarabs to a point where if you are solo player the better scarabs are so expensive that they are not even worth using . .. so you are FORCED into playing less rewarding content while you would make less in comperison to group even if you played the same content.

or if you insist to buy these scarabs and do that content their cost going to bite very deep into your margin profits.. this is by far the worst change GGG made in poe 1 in the last 5 years

It feels like you are trying to compare average solo MF player to top 0.01% party farmers. You dont need to, just play your game. And lets be honest, preparations are completely different for party play.

The problem that they are just buffed party and doomed solo mf. I want mf, could you ask GGG for me to return MF in the game, so I'll be not against party farmers. Deal :3 ?
