how long is the shrine buff? 45sec? 20sec? 10sec?

if you get a buff every 10 seconds, it probably lasts 5 secs more or less.

I really like the skill but it just isn't there damage wise.

Easy to play around and cheap to build

Where are Bows buffs ? We want the good Tornado shot back, u've made Tornado Shot Clunky and nerf bows skills this league when only 1% of player base played Tornado shot last league ??? ( 99% of theim are mirror gear because the skill is unusable without ) Why dont let us have fun ?
