Upcoming Plans for Patch 0.2.1

I love all the last patches, nice changes, good direction.
I would appreciate also some focus on bug removal, so that the stuff that is already in the game can be used :)

More uniques and all the other additions still don't fix the balance issue... when you have 20 builds and 19 of the are using LS there's still an issue. And this race... its a LS race.

BUFF EVERY SKILL EXCEPT LIGHTNING SPEAR.... see you on the next patch, this isn't enough to bring me back.

A second main focus is that we're going to increase the variety of running Endgame Maps. Right now did you know that if you were to generate 400,000 Maps, that 150,000 of them would be Hidden Grotto? We are certainly sick of running that area and fighting that same boss on repeat!
umm no this wasn't the problem the problem is having to do shitty maps and really, other maps you don't wanna run. the power of poe 1 is you get to choose what to run. i would dare to say most people would rather farm the most optimal map for their build than have to shuffle around.
Please consider removing identifying scrolls and make items drop identified.
This would increase frequency of finding good crafting mods without the tedious process of picking up and identifying the item.

Since game is still in early access, it's the best time to try this.

At this point I wish they would just copy the poe 1 mapping system and be done with it
Citadel spawning has been adjusted. Now whenever a Citadel is generated on the Altas, it also ensures that it generates the other two types of Citadels near it. This will prevent cases we have been seeing where players would, due to the whims of random generation, get many many of the same Citadel one after another and never be able to fight the Arbiter of Ash, especially when not in a trade league.

I've done a good amount of maps and not really made any progress on my build. I don't want to sit staring at a web page and spamming whispers. I just play something else.

I appreciate the info, and it sounds pretty awesome, BUT it also makes me not want to play the game until this patch is up. I mean, why would I spend any time on it when you openly say that almost everything now is underwhelming and unrewarding and will get a huge boost in the future?.. Maybe it's late league fatigue talking, but I still wish you'd post those pre-patch notes a day or two prior, not a week or two.

Then why don't you just play poe1, if you want poe1 mapping?
Looks like a great patch. Please support 32:9 ultrawide resolutions for non-race leagues/events. Thank you!
