The question is, will Blight maps be back on the menu, or they still will be dogshit thanks to that "recent" rework to loot.

Hmm? Recent rework to Blight Maps?

Is there a link to patch notes or more info?

By recent I mean like 2-3 leagues ago... which is ~1.5 year at this point. They changes not just Blight maps, but loot in general, which made Blighted Maps very bad (and in Settlers it wasnt dropping gold, which made them even worse)

Since 3.24, Divination Cards drop as decks, and Lab enchantment chests were removed with the introduction of Transfigured Gems, actually a buff, since that’s one less type of useless trash clogging your loot.

Other than that, nothing has changed about Blight loot. You still farm it to target oils and ticket items like Stranglegasp, while everything else, raw currency and other small clutter cover your map costs with a bit of extra profit.

You forgot about the change to stacked decks how each chest can drop only one stacked deck and no more. THis change was biggest hit to Blighted Maps.

we're either gonna be eating good or they're about to drop the most rushed bugged league ever they're gonna be hitting all the classics from clunky league mechanic interaction, horrible ui, overtuned mobs and bugs everywhere lmao

Can’t wait for the day 1 “overturned and unrewarding” complaints from the usual individuals playing glass cannon builds, face-tanking obvious don’t-touch telegraphs, or struggling to profit from a super straightforward league mechanic, only for a few days to pass and the spoon-fed how-to guides and 3.26 'must-play OP meta builds' to roll in and quietly shut the complaints down, turning the 'worst and most unrewarding' league into the 'best' league of all time.

The classic fresh league drama cycle. Truly never gets old, lol.

all that followed by people pointing out that ggg listened and buffed the league turning an unrewarding league with overtuned mobs into a fun league and then next league there will be people like you who forgot that the league ended up being liked after ggg listened to the community this cycle has been repeating for years and people always forget

Even months into the league we have some players who complain about the pirate boss being too powerful and op

Ironically enough most of the time it's actually the opposite and players paint buffs as heavy nerf till some streamers do the math and throw out an optimized min-max guide.
We've seen it happen way before and after the dust change with shipping during this league.
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

Ngl, the amount of people being completely unable to comprehend that change was a bit too entertaining.

The mechanic went from not working (dust didn't interact with crops) to having 1:1 scaling and somehow this was a nerf?

Secrets of the Atlas and a so called Originator.
Guess it's Maven's Daddy this time and another Pinnacle Boss on the pile of the other ones.

Secrets they say.... Hmmmm

Could it be a Real Housewives of Wraeclast league - where the role playing and drama are a big part?

Maven: "Did you hear Dominus finally dumped Piety?"

Catarina: "Her soul burned for him."

Jun: "Now she's just another one of Dominus' cast offs."

Nessa: "Piety was a fool for seeking him out"

Cassia: "Strange as it may sound, I'm somewhat sad. I know in my heart of hearts that they were not good people, but they were still people. Piety was fighting her own demons, and I knew Dominus well. We worked together. Ate together,..."

Maven: "What else did you do together?"

Cassia: "Ahem, we won't get into that."

Catarina: "That's not the half of it, guess who the Scion found together in Izaro's chambers?"

Nessa: "Izaro and Atziri? That's old news, girl"

Catarina (shaking her head)

Jun: "Atiziri's twin sister?"

Nessa:"No!"

Cassia:"NO!"

Maven: "Arrogant Boy!"

In the Real Housewives of Wraeclast league, your character will be charged with uncovering the darkest secrets of its most powerful inhabitants. With a mixture of blackmail, gossip and exposure, you will control forces more powerful than any throne. As you uncover the Secrets of the Atlas, you will get closer to the nexus, and discover the Originator of it all.
