That is correct. Secret of the Atlas is name of an expansion and in a week, during stream, they will most likely reveal League name as well. (if its the same as last 2 expansions)

With a lot of new content/systems, there will most certainly be bugs. That's business as usual.

I'm not worried about it, they'll fix it.

About lying though, I like to think they've been working on the expansion for a long time and we would have received the expansion around this time anyway, regardless of what happened with January's league.

Since they always give new league when they add expansions, my guess is that they have been working on that expansion for very long time already, and they just didnt have the league itself ready (and no people to work on it)
