not good enough, if it give u a bonus to 1 shot everything , u can get resist in the other parts , but these gloves is 100% need for element ranger.

when u going to late game , your dps actually over 10000 included over 4000-5000 elementz
sound like reflex damasge effect a lot in late game, at least i didnt feel that way because i have 5000 hp and good life regen

It is a good pair of gloves. But not good enough to be considered OP, unless you're a glass cannon player, then yes this pair if gloves is BIS for your DPS build.

then take a look of the following.

koam heart = no socket
Shavronne's Wrappings = low es

some of the other unique u dont even want to use that.
