Early Access Feedback - After trying out D4's latest season I can say PoE 2 is a godsend - Forum

Somewhere GGG: "We've been hearing about comparisons to other games, specifically related to how long it takes to be strong enough to consistently beat the crabs. We've now enabled up to 7 modifiers for Rare crab spawns. All Rare crab spawns will have a 100% chance of spawning with Temporal bubble, periodic invuln aura, proximal tangibility, and explode nearby corpses. The 5th-7th mods are technically random, as it randomly selects which order they appear on the mod list, but the pool it randomly selects from is Fire/Ice/Lightning ground effects. All rares in all maps are now Rare Crabs. We believe this will improve the endgame experience for everyone." Diablo 4 beta was actually a lot of fun. PoE2 Act 1-3 was actually a lot of fun. Currently the only difference is the D4 team has had time to prove themselves entirely incompetent. GGG isn't making good calls either or rather any meaningful calls to design at all. A good example is the charge to Escape Shot where they increased it's damage but the problem was you could simply move faster than the skill animation and distance. All they do are number tweaks and don't bother with the design flaw that causes things to be bad or too good. Update 3: We've heard people do not enjoy our new Rare Crabs with Volatile Plants. We completely understand the complaints, this mod will now be replaced with the hybrid mod "Powerful Minions/Revive Minions". You'll be happy to hear we've taken these complaints to heart and have removed Volatile Plants from all Rare enemies. Instead, all Waystone now roll with the implicit "Volatile Plants". Truly thank you for making this game and keep making it better 💪 Each to their own, we cant all be god gamers with 100 hours to spend in a week to find 1 good rare item from the few pieces of loot that drops in poe2. 1290 hours in game and i am yet to find item that is actually upgrade to me and i am far from being BIS equipped. D4 is literal brain rot and caters to that type of player. Just because PoE2 has a couple of brain rot builds it doesn't mean the game is brain rot. At this point in time, D4 is 100% brain rot.
