"ALSO Fubgun quit SO yea, I quit too."

who is fubgun?

Imaginary youtube friend quits after playing multiple hundred hours (I guess). Nobody sane cares.

The fact that you are commenting on here and replying to comments shows that you do care for Fubgun.

I can hardly differentiate between him and other PoE 1 streamers. I only watched a few compilations, also like 2 ziziarian vids, 1 on mtx and one of his face when got his ass handed to him by Poe 2, and quin bashing Musk bc funny. In general I find it weird to watch people play, and pointless to copy builds in a game about making builds.

I do care, in a way that I want them all gone and stop influencing PoE 2 design. All I saw was whining and bad solutions, they can't make the game better, because they dislike the fundamentals of it.

People who copy builds are not really playing, it's like playing 90s adventure game with a full guide. Don't care for them or those who profit on them either.

Okay there mr.MyWayortheHighway, imagine saying they are "not really playing". lmao bro thinks people who go meta builds are not playing the game. Maybe you have 300 hours to try shit and find out it doesn't work, not everyone can be like you no lifing 5 level 95 characters and farm enough gold to reroll each class 30 times. Most people are here for dopamine hits and loot, the fact you just called probably 80% of the game's population "not playing the game", get off your high horse and stop talking. Arrogance and stupidity is all you are showing.

I called 80% of game's population not playing it, so what. Assuming ofc that stat is true, and it might be, especially reading the cries of people that 2 is not a grind while watching Netflix game anymore, whining about boss health reset, xp loss etc etc. I also call people playing games on easy (esp console easy) not playing, people playing with cheats not playing, and I know plenty of those.

Stupidity, well it's kind of questionable where stupidity lies, coming with stuff on your own vs mindless copying. Anyway I'd rather hit the wall in low tier maps than copy stuff and own everything, not to mention while watching movies.

There are sects containing 100% doing it all wrong, would probably use the same appeal to majority argument when questioned. Get off your mob mentality.
People have been using build guides for every game in the ARPG genre. It's a good way to learn how to build your own character in the future, just like learning other musician's songs is a good way to learn an instrument. You can struggle through it on your own if you wish though. A lot of classes and skills will get you through endgame no problem, especially with some of the changes since 0.2 first came out

In 0.2, it's so brutal and only like 3 meta builds are viable that if you don't copy builds, you'll never even get to cruel. GGG has reduced build diversity and you need to be even more strategic about your skills and passives than before. And people simply do not have the time to sit there in POB to test this shit.

This is so wrong it's borderline insane. You know you can go look at the SSF and HCSSF ladders and see diversity in all the different ascendancies there, right? You need to play one of three meta builds just to make it to cruel? Come on.
Nothing so wrong if people wanna send a message, quitting together alongside someone prominent.

But even if you don't, there are damning issues with 0.2. Now, POE2 as a whole is boring, in both 0.1 and 0.2. It's only more noticeable because chase items are boring and unimpactful otherwise cheap. Meaning to say, there's little to do. Streamers need the balls to ask devs -- why should we play your game? Bet they can't answer. Show us how devs play the game, bet none are willing to either.
`Spent 2 mirrors on my build, but I'm only Level 98.` LOL
`From just quick sweep of your characters, toxic rain, golems .. sure, non meta... sure.` LOL
`What are divs?`
Good on you, idgaf.

But to brain dead people here who are getting it twisted about streamers.

If a game is shit or unfun to streamers then there is nothing wrong with them dropping it.

They have to make money from entertaining their viewer base, not by promoting shit games neither them nor their community enjoys.

Streamers will come and go, just like your pay checks/parent's allowance.

Sure but them dropping it is meaningless, and says nothing about the quality of a game, especially if those are non native streamers but imported from previous, different game.

It would have some meaning, if they all refused to play PoE 1 3.26 on day one, though still theirs is a niche scenario and not necessarily reflecting on game's quality.
