Calling your characters 'Toons'

I think that anyone who refers to their characters at Toons should be permabanned forever.
It is dumb and those people are dumb. This is fact Not just 2 cents When I heard about cutthroat league I had a vision of a place, and in that place I saw a man, and in that man I saw my sword, and in my inventory I saw his loot

This nomenclature for player characters is a lot older than WoW. I have read die hard dungeons and dragons folks calling their characters toons.

" That makes no sense because "toon" would come from the fact you're playing a character you can see (a cartoon) in a video game. Those die hard D&D players probably lied to you and they play WoW instead. |

We were calling them toons LONG before we had video to go with the games. Muds are where the term gained wide spread popularity.
