I want an explanation from the developers!

seems people don't look at the FPS graphs provided in game (or unable to understand what it is telling you).

for most people the CPU will be the throttle here. the FPS tool will express how many milliseconds are currently elapsing between frame generation.

for example, I have usually 2x more CPU return time than GPU.

60fps = ~16-17ms. so if the CPU takes longer than that to process a frame, you will drop below 60.

even 5 year old GPU very rarely will exceed ~16-17ms return time, unless you're in an extremely busy combat with higher graphic settings, and only for a few moments.

the CPU processes in this game are currently not optimized and hopefully it can be addressed.

Have you tried dynamic resolution ? also turn off nvidia reflex

On AMD video cards Reflex does not turn on, only on Nvidia, tried dynamic, does not help, it feels like the game is optimized for Nvidia or all employees in the company are on Nvidia.

Reflex is an Nvidia technology ofc it wont work with AMD, AMD has anti-lag...id say the game is optimized for AMD, there are currently more nvidia users having issues while AMD does not.
