so i have a quick question about this unique staff:
does the %10 ph dmg from each 10 strength apply to the weapon base dmg only or does it apply after other flat phys bonuses (like meginords, iron rings, abysus helm etc) ?

thats really dissapointing :(

couldn't wait for a unique BIS staff for a phys melee build ... seems this isn't it
Not even that it isn't "BiS"... it's just BS.... It's a staff that doesn't even come close to comparing to late game staves, and is only moderately usable mid game.

that staff is complete fail at any point in the game as it sits.... if they base was a higher tier then it would make sense... like a woodful staff or something.


if the base was a woodful or quaterstaff.... then you could make a ridiculous dps mara or something but you be sacrificing a ton of passives to make this possible.

for example
woodful base pillar with 500 strength would still only be 408 dps. its alot but getting 500+ strength is no easy task and comes with a ton of sacrifice.

400 or 500% increased phsy damage would break EK and other phsy based spells so bad

rework the percentage then (5% or w/e) to get close to a 4-500 top dmg staff (which is easily rolled on an imperial staff)
