Many Skills have had their base damage and/or damage growth per level rebalanced. Most of these changes are not specifically mentioned below as the changes are too widespread.

How are you supposed to prepare for league launch? Just play the game my dude, holy hell. I mean I know it's a meme that players can't function unless they're told what to do by someone with a youtube video, but cmon man.

Every league starting skill is fine as long as it's lightning strike.

Just learn the very basics and league start with whatever ability you like.

" You know you do not need to reroll anything if you want to change a skill? MOST players played the start of the game without ANY guide... try it.. it is not the end of the world to play for 2 days without a guide. |

" Yea i full disagree with this, yes there are probably more people that went no guide than in poe1 but the majority of players (probably somewhere around 60-70%) use a guide or at least skim a guide in some way. This is evidenced that the "Meta" emerges with a large % of builds being extremely similar. if everyone was making their own build you would see the % of different builds be much closer together with like 10-15% being meta. |
