Please don't be like blizzard

I am OK with no major changes to class balance during League at the RELEASE. But during Early Access all absurd builds should be guted: Heralds, Stat Stack, Spark etc.

Weak and unmanly philosophy from blizzard.

Its all about PROPORTIONS.

Example.

We got a rank

1-Class A
2-Class B
3-Class C
4-Class D

Class A is 300% stronger than class B.
If you nerf it by half, it still be in the first rank, it still be better than Class B.

Tell me the reason to NOT nerf class A during a league if it still be in the first place after changes?

About balance, we have 3 options

a) not changing the balance = 100.000 players instead of 300.000
b) nerfing monks and mages by 50%, they still be on top but they will be annoyed because they are not 20x better than other classes only 10x
c) nerf mages and monks and buff warriors and mercs by 30%, game players would spike only by these changes

You sure with what I bolded?

You also didn't provide guesstimates for player counts on b and c. I say a nerf-only patch would put us well below 100k.

Yes.

More balanced classes encourage players to play different classes or even play more with the same class.

Less balance encourages players to play the same class more and not play as weak classes which objectively results in players playing the game less time.

Placing Balance Patches on a seasonal timeframe is a design flaw. Always address inordinate performance (high or low) as soon as you're aware of it.

Yes, i hope they understand this, or we will have same as D4 and POE2 early acess.... 1/3 players online in a short window of time.

Sure, they change a system that has proven to be the right thing to do for years now because some new ppl think it the wrong way...

What is "proven to be right"?
You mean the system that sustains 50.000 online players in POE1?

Darling, you need better arguments.

With this "system" they not only sustained a player base, the player base increased from league to league.
Was the player base smaller? Yes. Was this "system" the reason for it? No.

PoE1 is niche, way harder to get in, more complex on every level and A OVER 10 YEAR OLD GAME.
Ppl don't stopped playing PoE because the "system" (patching) wasn't their cup of tea... the game was "too hard". There is a reason why most ppl left when they encountered "Brutus" (Act 1 Boss).

They will have all the time in the world to balance content once they finished adding content.

So after release. Until then, why don't you play a monk ?

The "did you get good/another class/build"-beatings will continue until morale improves.

All this feels very "do you guys not have phones?" from the playerbase and GGG.
