Good luck guys, I've uninstalled.

Will come down to a single patch that makes or breaks this game.

If they do the normal. NERF everything people use the game will die. Dealt with this for years in PoE and not about to put up with it again. Want to play a build i enjoy not chase the Fotm Build because of massive overnerfs to every build people playing.

Slowing the pace of the game down was way too much. Because they nerfed movement skills as well as made the maps much larger and much more "mazy" making them tedious and boring. Not sure why they want to slow the pace down anyway. People play Arpgs for the faster pace OP playstyle. If they want a slow pace weak character they would be playing a MMO.

I want to think that I'll come back in a couple months or whenever it gets released. But I dunno, they killed the hype of the early access. I don't think they'll bother that much if they didn't bother with that

Not the kind of thing I was expecting to learn today after I made that post :)) thanks for explaining this

Yeah seems like people here completely missed that overall agreement of devs that some things are broken and need some love and that changes are coming. Like warrior being underpowered, and overal melee feeling.
At this point I think whatever devs say, there are people that will always be unhappy.
I play warrior myself, and can't relate to endgame cause I'm not there yet (with almost 100h in campaign), but indeed I struggled too. Still I find solutions to most problems in game mechanics thats available. Buying stronger items, trying energy shield, switching skills. I feel really good with how it plays out in the end. And I will get that warrior to the end :D

the devs didn't even know how MF worked and then dimissed ghazzy.

they confused the audience by saying T1 and then getting frustrated.

the inverse is true too. These devs can't do any wrong to some players

keep in mind that this wasn't an issue in poe 1,

Really? Show us your Bear Trap build that killed the Ubers. You of all people should know that skill viability comes in waves, necromancer builds that weren't Spectres were crap for the longest time until one League GGG buffed them. CE was dead for years until GGG had Desecrate summon corpses.

Lets not pretend PoE 1 didn't have the same problem. As for whining about PoE 2's skill balance right now its kinda goofy that you're saying the game is dead on water when over half the classes, Ascendancies and skills are still missing from the game. Of course Warriors have cookie cutter builds right now because only melee weapon they can use is Maces and their skill tree is flanked by nodes for Axes and Flails that aren't in the game yet.

This is what I had in mind during the break. That we should chill and let them cook. But that interview showed that the director heard those complains for the first time

bear trap is obviously a support skill that's not meant to do much on its own, stop being cringe

I don't care about the missing ascendancies and skills, I'm not interested in anything other than grenades and deadeye is already the best class for grenades by far. more classes and skills being added won't suddenly make grenades deal 200% more damage

You said "any skill". Stop using hyperboles if you don't want people to turn them against you.
I stop playing too.

I think the most fun part is when they admit that "they didn't expect so much deep core bugs and problems", discovering the CoC comet gem applying to all Gems for instance, then a little earlier " Yes we found some infinite looping code and leaks that suuux" Whouaaa ok, now i have a better view of the problem with this game. Other thing, "we are not supposed to embrace the players perspective", yeah so --> at the end don't care what you think. okkk.

It's sounds like they have some people arround doing their stuff and never communicate until the build is on and realize the game is bad.

Even the Engine managment is a problem, you can turn everything low with the lowest resolution and you still get freaking lags and problems.
They just got the API here, drag and drop assets and said ok it's fine people will have better PC in the next years so it's fine like that.

Technicaly the game is in a VERY bad state and you see those two guys relax, yes "it's really bad you right, we might reconsider some things".

Seems they are not connected or they might got big heads??

BTW the game has lost 15% of players, -50K on average spike, and according to steam, they are not top sellers anymore, and still lose some day by day, what the next couple of weeks? 30%, 40%?
The goal is to kill the game before the official launch?

They got their money after all, they can take Hollidays, or just leave GGG to put careers on a more quality stuff? Don't know

But it might be just a feeling and everything will be on point in few month, you knows, they might change and fix the viewport of the engine, who knows, everything is possible with EA no?

Haven’t quit yet, but definitely feel demotivated after seeing the interview. Really tone deaf responses all over the place. And worst of all is this:

LOL yhea that is so true XD
It took them this long to just make a copy past of PoE1. I don't get it.
