" Well they recently said they had like half a million mails and doubled the support team and it's still not enough. Also mentioned that the same support that manages those mails are also responsible for the forum. So at this point even if they wanted to they couldn't prioritise reading the posts. But why didn't they mentioned earlier? And why there's not a list of things they are aware of? Cause what's annoying to me the most is the fact that some problems have been reported for over a month now and there's no official post saying 'ok, we know about it'. Note they could also say 'We've analysed the requests but sorry, this is how we want the game to be' and that would be fine. At least you know that playing in that way it's not for you or even the game it's not for you. Tho I expect most players to just trust the process and go around the problem until it gets optimised at least. But in the interview the vibe was Hey, melee is bad and they responded Really? How so? If in that interview the director came with a list of all the things we complained since the beginning and address them directly, I would be fully contempt with whatever they do in the future. But no :( |
