People trying to P2W path of exile are truly pitiful. I feel bad for them.

My thoughts exactly. These are their shell companies and another source of revenue.

How dare people try to circumvent the horrible practice of wasting peoples time. Why wont these horrible gamers just run thru giant mazes combing for a 1/300 item drop to do content? Why arnt people willing to grind mindless slop for 300 hours just to see 2 minutes of content? Are they lazy or evil?

Every time I put an item up for trade, I get immediately spammed by level 2 RMT bots with RMT site urls.
Thanks.

You are lucky.

I am getting spammed, even without listing. Just join trade 1, and wait for the PM.
Honestly if GGG doesn't fix this on their end they can give us the ability to write our own regex that automatically filters bots and doesn't show us anything in our local client that doesn't pass our very own regex. I can tell you the past 5 days has been the exact same message that I could filter out in 1 very simple regex. The bots get smart and change the message, within a minute I can fix the new message to filter out as well.

Best part about it is the bots might think the message goes through on their end, but I just don't see it on my end.

They are always whispers and it would be a simple fix for me to manage my own chat whether it be whispers or global.

This is borderline racist. Just because the company is owned by a Chinese corporation does not mean that they also own websites where sellers break the terms of use of video games.

Yep, this isn't the first time I've read such a defamatory statement about Tencent or GGG.

Besides the defamation, they don't understand that GGG cannot fully prevent RMTing, no matter how many measures they put in place against it.
Furthermore, most tools against RMTing would negatively affect trading for everyone who isn't RMTing too.
On top, the resources spent to fight RMT could just be put somewhere else instead of fighting a fight you always will lose.

Technically, the only way to prevent RMTing would be to remove trade. That's it.

Last Epoch's trade system is the best against rmt. Of course not 100% but potent enough.

It's not. You can buy a billion of gold for a few bucks and then buy whatever you want depending on how much money you spend, while the base trading system restricts everyone, not only ppl who RMT.
LE has a different approach, thus RMTer need another tactic, but it's not better.
