lets be real. stop talking about poe1.. no ones going back to that game

this is ggg and poe1 and poe2 are extremely similar.. NO ONE is going to go back to poe1.

Who knows? My current plan is to bounce between PoE 1 and something else.

I've been playing PoE 1 since 2018, and I'm excited for the next league.

Loads of people love PoE 2, so that's great. I played for 2 weeks after EA launch, and I didn't like it at all, so I guess it's not a game for me, and I'm not going to play it. Which I suspect is the case for many people. But that's fine. Nothing wrong with that.

Realistically, given how different both games are, and assuming they stay this different, they'll probably just gather 2 different audiences, and that will be it.

I think that as long as PoE 1 stays profitable, it will just continue running. But sure, if not, it will get shut down. Same for PoE 2. That's how it is.

I'll still play PoE 1 while PoE 2 is going through early access.

maybe when they eventually have crafting deeper than a puddle that could happen..

Only if they balance their thing right, random deaths with things that cant be seen, map is way too large, no seriously, if the end game system is infinite, why do we need such a large map and some layout just have dead end on almost every turn.

The 1 portal thing is absolutely bad. I have to focus on the game so much, half an hour of gaming is enough for the day. Crafting is literally non-existence, its just a slot machine simulator, but u can trade. I was hoping that this game is more ssf friendly but no.

Here i am, until something good happens, im back to POE1 enjoying the chill factor of the game.

POE 1 has been dead to me the 382893th time I tried to slog through the same old campaign of flipped assets and maps.... I think I even went three leagues where I never made it to mapping because I was so bored.

Glad to see this game is sooooooooo different in that aspect.

PoE2 has problems for which the solution is so obvious that you can literally just take it from PoE1


And PoE1 will not die, it has too much content in it already to die. All it needs is a cool new league and everyone comes back

If they truly want to keep Poe1 active, they should just update the graphics and keep the leagues going.
