It's a decent game but the mere fact that you can buy astral diamonds with Zen means it is completely pay to win. That's fine and all but the mmo market is saturated and just like GW2 Neverwinter will be hot for a bit then fade. MMOs appeal to a certain community and they are a fickle bunch that will literally say the game is great and then say it's crap all in the same week.
