FIFTY EX!!!!!!!!

Enjoy your game

If that's the case, just list it for 50ex and stop wasting everyone's time.

The best is the price fixing scammers the fact that almost nothing is ever for sale it's all a scam to get you to list your item for a lower price.

This is the only game with that issue because enabling a Auction House for Items like they did for Currency would actually eliminate their HideOut MTX sales nobody would be buying hide out MTX at that point.

Tencent stepped in after they made huge losses in MTX hideout when currency trading was automated with an Auction House.

Jonathan wan'ts to put in an Auction House he said so himself and won't because top management at Tencent wan'ts to keep their cash cow going.

Charging for a game and putting in bad design to promote cosmetics if just as bad as Blizzard, ooh how GGG has fallen.

That's actually really on point.

cool story. Any proof?

Also if its what tencent wants, why don't we have pay to win league, pay to not lose exp tokens, pay to autoloot pets, pay to respec?

Depending on what item you're searching for the person may have sold it recently and the trade site just hasn't updated it yet, so you shouldn't just be reporting people for not answering because it is quite common depending on the item like I said. You just need to practice patience.

or that person is in a breach, doing a good map and doesn't want to trade for a paltry 5ex

That's just not the case in 95% of the times and definitely not what's described in OP.
A lot of unmanners just abuse trade site for price checking, they set price to extremely low with no intention of ever selling for this price, collect 30 "Hi, I would like to buy your" messages, re-list it for double the price and repeat it until they get no messages for a day or so and then they maybe sell.

On the other hand scalpels who try to scam someone out of valuable item in Live Search for 5% of the price and then REPORT THEM for not being scammed is simply even worse, they deserve each other.
All you can do at this point is just add people who use trade site in bad faith to ignore list, install extensions which pull people like that and help you to avoid them or start your own helper tool. That's the price for playing F2P game with no offline trading.

I started to report every single trader for scamming, who doesn't answer (unless he sets afk/dnd message, but tbh I haven't seen a single one), hoping GGG does something about it.

thats a bit unfair to be honest

price fixing i understand.but not responding is literally just an issue with the games trading mechanic as a whole

there are times when this game makes it impossible to even send a message. are you really going to report me because im busy dodging shit all day and trying to play the game?

and then if its a popular item and I am trying to get back to everyone else that msg me....if i forget to message the one person who wants to report me....do i really deserve that?

i understand the frustration....but everyone is in a different situation in this game and its not fair in my opinion to punish each one who doesnt respond to you

now if you see that item drastically change in price....oh yeah those ppl are scumbags

Last week I got to lv75 and decided to fix up some of my gear, getting some gem levels (helmet/amulet), spirit, improve resists so I can swap other gear around, etc.

I sat there almost 3 hours messaging people for various bits of gear. 95% didn't respond at all, even though were online and trades were all for like 40+ EX, so not 1EX junk. 4% would literally relist the item price far higher even though it wasn't really worth more then what they had it for.

I ran one map after doing all that, then quit and haven't gone back and don't intend to unless there are super massive changes or trade is automated/instant-buyout. I got my key free because of how much I spent in PoE1, but now it looks like so far I won't spend a cent on PoE2 as I don't do it unless I'm enjoying it.

I work full time so when I want to play a game, I want to actually play, not sit there and waste a night to trade. I don't want my play time interrupted either by having to port to hideout to sell something. I rate PoE trading the same as I rate stupid unfun dailies in live service games that force you to login for 2+ hours every night to do them else you feel like you fall behind.

Let me trade when I want in a way that me finding/deciding what gear/affixes I want is 99% of the time it takes, with a click or two to actually get the item(s).

Chinese version of PoE has an AH so his story is complete nonsense.

Please explain how implementing a Player to Player item trading mechanic will affect MTX sales?

I don't understand the relationship.

Can we trade MTX items, like hideout widgets and stash tabs etc in such an item trading interface?
