This char has ass ehp, stronk dps at cost

I still think the bell is fine given that this char flops over to white mobs. Limit being per-gem is weird. If anything that should be fixed. The bell itself is a clunky af combo-fueled burst finisher, it's not all uptime.

Why do you keep quoting me even though it was other people replying to you? Ask the nurse if you've misplaced your meds. We're up from 1 exalt to I totally spent multiple exalts acquiring a 50% ED staff, yeah sure, let's go with that. You've totally caught me. Shit, make it 50 exalts, 1 for every %dmg. The bell can actually have 100% uptime with the Overabundance gem. This gems let's you have +1 to an ability with limits...something...anyway, it does not let you have 2 bells but it does let you build combo points while you have a bell out.

Therefore, you can just chain bells indefinitely

But I wouldn't say melting a boss is a good indication of bell being OP anyway. I melt bosses far quicker on my invoker just with charged staff and flurry, I've even taken the bell off for more spirit gems. Early game its quite nice, staggering palm + bell + smack was a nice wombo combo used on bosses, but my Warrior also has Boneshatter + Seismic Cry + Hammer of the Gods/Perfect Strike for just as much lifebar chunking.

staff w flurry is a very strong combo too imo. probably too powerful

this is 100% not the point. and it's redundant that i even have to say any of this. the point of the matter is that the time it took to drop the bell vs the time it took to use my other skills.... vs how much damage they did vs how much damage the bell did.... showcases that the bell did the vast majority of the damage... for very little effort.
