What does this game feel like to you?

It feels like an alternate reality POE1.

It is way more similar to POE1 than I expected.

Technically it just feels like a branch off of POE1 with upgraded graphics and production value and with many tweaks and mods to the systems and mechanics, but its all too just minimal/conservative, not big risk taking, no revolution, it is questionable if it is even evolutionary.

I was hoping for much more significant changes/differences.

But when the game started on the beach with zombies again.. well I guess that set the tone for what to expect didn't it...
