It's not lying about fraud. If you pay for a service and don't receive the service, you can certainly do a charge-back, or have your credit card company intervene. Have you ever owned a credit card?

That may be the case, but bans should be reviewed by people 100% of the time. If they have so many bans going through they can't review them all, then that's a problem with their system. Hence why I'm here on the forum bringing attention to the issue.

A lot of people in this thread are ignorant and gullible. My other acc (associated with Steam) got IP banned while I was doing house chores and lunch. Came back to an IP ban notification. I went to check My account here on the website and it says breach of Terms of Use. Naturally I appeal and get a very fast response from a robot/AI, very generic copy paste response. No evidence, no reason why I got banned, just citing Section 7 of Terms of Use. On quick investigation it's all related to trade bots and RMT and such. Never did any of those, and here I am in the same situation as OP here. Also a solo player, never talked to anyone maybe aside from short tips to new clueless players.

So yeah, great automated system, GGG. Ditch it and hire actual people to handle these cases. And get some people to answer emails too, this is gonna be my second week waiting for an answer.

Most people who are banned about 98% of them that come here and cry about it are justified bans.

You don't own your account GGG does you signed a TOS and you will have to go through STEAM to get your money back with 2 hours of play time your bank is challenging the largest digital distribution service in the world..

You can't do both. You can offer an explanation, and then take time to respond to emails. Or you can offer no explanation and answer emails quickly. What is inappropriate, is offering no explanation and also not answering emails. That just makes you look bad.

Please fix your system. I suspect this is a auto-ban mistake, as it occurred when I wasn't even playing the game.

If you don't get service from GGG in a timely manner you absolutely can request a charge-back. Take a few screen shots of all the forum post on this issue in the Discussion section to submit to your bank for proof. Apparently, a lot of players are having this issue.
